For days that are of short notice (normally within 10 days) you get up to 10% off.
The short break rental prices are:
for 3 nights 55% of weekly rate.
4 nights 70% of weekly rate.
5 nights 85% of weekly rate.
6 nights 100% of weekly rate.
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
The outstanding balance is paid 4 weeks prior to your arrival, or in
full if your booking is made less than 4 weeks before your arrival.
